PAPER SAMPLES BOOK
A collection of old patterned papers that I bought from a printers intending to use them in book
projects. Seven years later most of it is sitting unused on a shelf taking up space and gathering
dust. I felt it was time to do something useful with it. This deluxe version features theft, sex, guns
and rolls of used ten pound notes!! (sort of...) A larger version, with more pages and a lengthier

ALL MY RUBBERSTAMPS
This book features every single rubberstamp in my collection, 250 accumulated over 25 years.
From family heirlooms to those made last month, everything is here. Meticulously stamped
entirely by hand and divided into classified sections; bought new, secondhand, gifts trades
& swaps. etc etc, and with a full-colour section. Two editions; paperback, and a sewn hardback
edition bound in black sheet rubber. Red ink throughout, turquoise for the titles.

NP 9030 R.I.P.
A memorial booklet for the extremely wonderful, and highly innovative Canon NP 9030
black and white laser photocopier, which I used to share my bedroom with. In preparation,
well I printed all the covers in beautiful silver ink on black card a few years ago...

INSTALLATION BOOK
1992 This A3 book doccuments a site-specific installation I made at Community Copyart
London in 1992. I covered the entire wall and ceiling area with 1600 A3 black & white
photocopies. The copies were removed afterwards and bound into this edition of 75 books.
(75 copies numbered automatically by Canon NP 4835)

MaPk nAbCoH
1989-99. Random multiple overprints in black, red and blue onto unused billboard poster paper.
An intense visual barrage of overlaid images, textures and graphics-you can literally
feel the build-up of photocopier toner. When I make these books, I have a pile of paper,
and a stack of black and white collage originals and just keep putting the paper through
the photocopier over and over again, overprinting until the depth and build-up of imagery
gets interesting. 21x15cm, 24pgs,Continuous production since 1989 Each copy unique.

FLOOR AT 34
1988 When I lived at 34 Cotesbach Road, I used sheets of billboard posters ( also used for
MaPk nABCoH ) as a floorcovering, the tough paper wore through at points and picked
up the wood grain from the floorboards below, when I moved house I used the paper to
made an edition of 34 books, which were given to people who had visited or stayed at
the house and contributed to the books by walking on the floor !
